प्रातः स्फुरन् बालरविर्मनोज्ञः ।
मार्ताण्डकाले तपनः श्रमघ्नः ।
प्रदोषसमये सन्ध्यारविर्हृदयोल्लासः ।
वन्दे त्रिकालविभुमाश्रयं तम् ॥
आदित्यहृदयं सर्वशत्रुविनाशनम् ।
आदित्यहृदयं शिरसा नमामि ॥
ప్రాతః స్ఫురన్ బాలరవిర్మనోజ్ఞః ।
మార్తాండకాలే తపనః శ్రమఘ్నః ।
ప్రదోషసమయే సంధ్యారవిర్హృదయోల్లాసః ।
వందే త్రికాలవిభుమాశ్రయం తమ్ ॥
ఆదిత్యహృదయం సర్వశత్రువినాశనమ్ ।
ఆదిత్యహృదయం శిరసా నమామి ॥
At dawn, the charming Bāla Ravi, the youthful Sun, shines forth with enchanting radiance.
At the time of Mārtaṇḍa, the radiant Tapana dispels fatigue and weariness.
At Pradoṣa, the sacred twilight hour, Sandhyā Ravi shines forth and brings joy and delight to the heart.
I bow to that Trikāla Vibhu, the Supreme Lord who manifests through the three sacred periods of the day and who is the eternal refuge.
Āditya Hṛdayam is the destroyer of all enemies.
I bow my head in reverence to Āditya Hṛdayam.
