तव स्निग्धेक्षणं वीक्ष्य तृप्यत्यन्तर्मनो मम ।
पदे पदे नमो मह्यं दीयतां ते कृपामृतम् ॥ १ ॥
తవ స్నిగ్ధేక్షణం వీక్ష్య తృప్యత్యంతర్మనో మమ ।
పదే పదే నమో మహ్యం దీయతాం తే కృపామృతమ్ ॥ ౧ ॥
The moment my eyes meet your profoundly compassionate and tender gaze, my inner soul finds deep fulfillment. Bowing at every step, I only yearn to drink the nectar of your loving grace.
संसारतापतप्तानां छाया त्वं कल्पपादपः ।
स्मृते त्वयि मुदा शान्तिः प्रवहत्यात्मनि स्वयम् ॥ २ ॥
సంసారతాపతప్తానాం ఛాయా త్వం కల్పపాదపః ।
స్మృతే త్వయి ముదా శాంతిః ప్రవహత్యాత్మని స్వయమ్ ॥ ౨ ॥
For those scorched by the burning hardships of this worldly life, you are the cool, soothing shade of the Kalpavriksha (wish-fulfilling tree). The mere thought of you makes a river of serene peace spontaneously flow through my entire soul.
मन्त्राक्षतेषु तव हस्तसुशीतलत्वं
गन्धस्तुलस्यास्तव सन्निधिमेव धत्ते ।
श्वासोऽपि मे भवतु ते चरणारविन्दे
नित्यं त्वया सह भवामि गुरो प्रसीद ॥ ३ ॥
మంత్రాక్షతేషు తవ హస్తసుశీతలత్వం
గంధస్తులస్యాస్తవ సన్నిధిమేవ ధత్తే ।
శ్వాసోఽపి మే భవతు తే చరణారవిందే
నిత్యం త్వయా సహ భవామి గురో ప్రసీద ॥ ౩ ॥
In the sacred Mantrakshatas, I feel the soothing touch of your holy hand; in the fragrance of the Tulasi, I breathe your living presence. May every breath of mine rest at your lotus feet—let me live forever in your divine company, O Guru, be pleased with me!
