The Torch
When shadows whisper louder than truth,
And hatred seeks the hearts of youth,
Hold high the torch that wisdom gave—
For only the brave can keep a nation brave.
Build not with anger, but with thought.
Guard the freedom others fought.
Every book you read today
Lights another nation's way.
Let your hands create, not destroy.
Let your strength protect, not employ
The weapons forged by envy and fear,
Whose echoes fade, but wounds endure.
A nation rises stone by stone,
By honest hearts—not power alone.
Its greatest wealth is not its gold,
But young minds, fearless, wise, and bold.
Walk with truth when roads divide.
Let conscience be your constant guide.
For history remembers not the loudest voice,
But those who made the noblest choice.
Tomorrow waits beyond the dawn.
The torch is yours—carry it on.
