पूर्णपुरुषसूक्तिः

పూర్ణపురుష సూక్తిః

देहः कर्मसु साधनं नित्यं, भावः कर्मफलाश्रयः ।
एतौ आत्मनः पक्षौ द्वौ, नित्यात्मा सूत्रधारकः ॥
समत्वेनैव तौ नीत्वा धर्ममार्गे प्रवर्तते ।
कर्मणि कर्मफले चैव समः स पूर्णपुरुषः ॥

దేహః కర్మసు సాధనం నిత్యం, భావః కర్మఫలాశ్రయః ।
ఏతౌ ఆత్మనః పక్షౌ ద్వౌ, నిత్యాత్మా సూత్రధారకః ॥
సమత్వేనైవ తౌ నీత్వా ధర్మమార్గే ప్రవర్తతే ।
కర్మణి కర్మఫలే చైవ సమః స పూర్ణపురుషః ॥

దేహమే కర్మలను ఆచరించే సాధనం.
భావమే ఆ కర్మల ఫలాలను అనుభవించే అంతరంగం.
దేహమూ భావమూ ఆత్మకు రెండు రెక్కలు; నిత్యమైన ఆత్మ వాటిని సమన్వయపరచే సూత్రధారి.
సమత్వంతో ఈ రెండింటినీ ధర్మమార్గంలో నడిపించి, కర్మలోనూ కర్మఫలంలోనూ సమభావాన్ని నిలుపుకొనినవాడే పూర్ణపురుషుడు.

The body is the instrument through which actions are performed.
The inner emotional life is where the fruits of those actions are experienced.
These two are the wings of the Self, while the eternal Ātman is the enduring Sūtradhāra that holds them together in harmony.
One who guides both through equanimity along the path of Dharma, remaining balanced in both action and its fruits, alone is the Pūrṇa Puruṣa—the Complete Human Being.
