Divya Tattva Stotram
The Hymn on the Divine Principle
श्लोकः १ — प्राणवायौ परब्रह्म
पश्यसि किं परं देवं
प्राणे श्वासे व्यवस्थितम्।
त्वयि मय्यपि नित्यं तं
पश्य चेत् परमं पदम्॥
పశ్యసి కిం పరం దేవం
ప్రాణే శ్వాసే వ్యవస్థితమ్।
త్వయి మయ్యపి నిత్యం తం
పశ్య చేత్ పరమం పదమ్॥
Have you beheld the Supreme Divine?
He abides in every breath and in the very life-force.
He dwells equally in you and in me.
Realize Him there, and you shall attain the Supreme State.
श्लोकः २ — प्राणवायौ परब्रह्म
वायौ गन्धमयो देवो
मन्दमन्दं प्रवाति हि।
जीवनस्य रसः सोऽयं
सर्वभूतहिते रतः॥
వాయౌ గంధమయో దేవో
మందమందం ప్రవాతి హి।
జీవనస్య రసః సోऽయం
సర్వభూతహితే రతః॥
The Divine gently moves through the wind as fragrance itself.
He is the very essence of life,
ever delighting in the welfare of all living beings.
श्लोकः ३ — जलतत्त्वे सनातनः
जले मत्स्यगतिं धत्ते
तरङ्गेषु विलासवान्।
सलिले जीवनाधारः
शान्तरूपः सनातनः॥
జలే మత్స్యగతిం ధత్తే
తరంగేషు విలాసవాన్।
సలిలే జీవనాధారః
శాంతరూపః సనాతనః॥
In the waters He moves like the fish.
He sports amidst the waves.
He is the eternal foundation of all life,
the embodiment of peace.
श्लोकः ४ — भूमितत्त्वे धरणीपतिः
भूमौ रत्ननिधिर्गूढः
हेमरेखासु राजते।
स्थिररूपेण लोकानां
धारको धरणीपतिः॥
భూమౌ రత్ననిధిర్గూఢః
హేమరేఖాసు రాజతే।
స్థిరరూపేణ లోకానాం
ధారకో ధరణీపతిః॥
Hidden within the earth like precious gems and veins of gold,
He shines unseen.
Steadfast and immutable,
He upholds the worlds.
श्लोकः ५ — गगनवीथ्यां विश्वरूपः
खे ग्रहाणां गणैः सार्धं
नक्षत्रैश्च विराजते।
विश्वरूपो महातेजाः
कालचक्रप्रवर्तकः॥
ఖే గ్రహాణాం గణైః సార్ధం
నక్షత్రైశ్చ విరాజతే।
విశ్వరూపో మహాతేజాః
కాలచక్రప్రవర్తకః॥
He shines amidst the planets and the stars.
He is the Cosmic Form,
the Great Radiance,
the mover of the wheel of Time.
श्लोकः ६ — मानससरोवरेऽन्तर्यामी
दृश्यते हृदये नित्यं
भावशुद्धौ प्रकाशते।
भक्तदृष्टेः समीपेऽसौ
दूरेऽप्यन्तर्न वर्तते॥
దృశ్యతే హృదయే నిత్యం
భావశుద్ధౌ ప్రకాశతే।
భక్తదృష్టేః సమీపేఽసౌ
దూరేఽప్యంతర్న వర్తతే॥
He is ever perceived in the heart.
He reveals Himself where the mind is pure.
Near to the vision of the devotee,
He is never truly distant.
श्लोकः ७ — अनिर्वचनीयः सर्वसाक्षी
ज्ञात इव विभात्येष
न तु कस्याप्यन्तगः।
अनन्तोऽयमनिर्वाच्यः
स देवः सर्वसाक्षिकः॥
జ్ఞాత ఇవ విభాత్యేష
న తు కస్యాప్యంతగః।
అనంతోऽయమనిర్వాచ్యః
స దేవః సర్వసాక్షికః॥
He appears as though He is known,
yet none can reach His ultimate limit.
Infinite and beyond all description,
He is the Divine—the Eternal Witness of all.
