Vāgarthāviva Saṁpṛktau
वागर्थाविव सम्पृक्तौ धर्मकामार्थसाधकौ ।
नानावृताङ्कुरौ वन्दे न्यायसंरक्षितौ समम् ॥
వాగర్థావివ సంపృక్తౌ ధర్మకామార్థసాధకౌ ।
నానావృతాంకురౌ వందే న్యాయసంరక్షితౌ సమమ్ ॥
English Meaning
As speech and meaning are inseparably united, and as diverse traditions take root in the pursuit of righteousness, affection, and material well-being, I honour the union of spouses—diverse in custom, yet equal in dignity and equally protected beneath the guardianship of justice.
